I lived in the Park Ellison for 2 years and it was a very positive experience. The apartments are extremely spacious. Lots of closet space and all utilities are included in rent. The maintenance man lives in the apartment building and is the absolutely best, he is extremely attentive and always sees to your needs in a timely manner. The building is in a great, picturesque neighborhood while conveniently located close to a bunch of bus lines and the Adams Morgan/Columbia Heights/Woodley Park neighborhoods. Most packages are delivered right to your door step (I think one carrier only does lobby — but still what more can you ask for?)

We love living at The Park Ellison. It’s a superb value with an unmatched location and spacious, light-filled units. What really sets this place apart, though, is the building management and operations/maintenance. Karen and Jose in particular continue to go above and beyond to for us. Communication is always professional, response times are lightning fast and Jose’s work is always top notch. Highly recommend this place!

I lived at The Park Ellison for 5 years (2018-2023). I really enjoyed my time there. Karen, Jose, and Beza all do an amazing job. They offer one of the largest square footage for a one bedroom in the area. The newer units have a dishwasher and newer appliances but I was happy with what I had. My unit had tons of natural light due to the big windows. It is an older building but I believe that helps as I never had noise issues coming from other units. Utilities included in rent which was amazing.

I have really enjoyed living at The Park Ellison. I really love the location of the building and my large windows spanning one side of my apartment. The building is slightly older, but well maintained and I rarely have had any issues with the property. However, the most notable part of my experience has been with the staff at The Park Ellison. I would highly recommend this property.
